Card Partnerships Limited and The Card Awards defines its customers as follows

• Attendees at The Card Awards event (table bookings)
• Individuals submitting Awards category entries (entrants)
• Inquiries
• Sponsors
• Press
• Other individuals with whom Card Partnerships and associated partners maintain business relationships or communications

Types of Information Gathered

There are two primary types of information provided by Card Partnerships’ customers. The definitions and treatments of these types are as follows:

Financial Information - Payment information gathered during the registration process for booking tables or entering awards - including but not limited to, credit card numbers, financial institutions, and expiration dates - is considered Financial. This information is collected by fax or via the post and not distributed under any circumstance. Financial Information is not currently collected online.

Personal Information - Data that customers provide to Card Partnerships through various methods of communications with Card Partnerships is considered personal information that is stored and managed for Card Partnerships' internal use. Personal information includes, but is not limited to name, address, company name, company address, phone number, fax number, email address, as well as questions answered on survey or registration forms. Data captured during a customer's visit to Card Partnerships’ web site is also considered personal information and may also be stored for Card Partnerships internal use.

Personal information may be, upon the consent of Card Partnerships, shared with other organisations. These organisations will be restricted to our Sponsors and will be limited to mailing information only. We will not disclose your email address to third parties. Should we decide to change the scope in sharing this information with selected third parties from what is described above, we will write to you to ask for your permission.

Opt Out

Card Partnerships will accept, acknowledge and maintain any customer's request to opt-out of either future communication from Card Partnerships or future communication from any third party to whom Card Partnerships may provide customer information.
