JudgesKeith DouglasGroup General Manager, UK & Ireland MasterCard Worldwide Keith Douglas joined MasterCard in February 2005 and is general manager for all customer relationships in the UK & Ireland Division, as well as the account lead for the Barclays global account relationship. Before joining MasterCard, he spent six years working within the cards business of Royal Bank of Scotland Group in a variety of card issuing leadership roles. He led the development of new credit card based payment products and services across their core consumer brands (NatWest, Royal Bank and MINT). In his last two years at RBS, Mr. Douglas led a team of marketing professionals that formulated and executed customer management strategy across the core consumer card portfolios. Prior to RBS, Mr. Douglas worked in a variety of product marketing roles at Prudential and Lloyds TSB. Mr. Douglas was born in Ireland and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Studies (Honours) Degree from Trinity College Dublin. He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketers. |
