Wendy van den Hende was appointed as pfeg’s first chief executive in April 2000. pfeg, the personal finance education group, is a charity whose mission is for all young people to leave school with the confidence, skills and knowledge they need in financial matters so that they can participate fully in society.
Wendy has spent the last twenty years in the voluntary sector leading the Camelot Foundation and Parent Network and as deputy director of the National Council for One Parent Families. Before this she worked for the Local Government Management Board and as a consultant. Wendy is chair of the curriculum committee of Stantonbury Campus and chair of Milton Keynes CAB. She is also a FRSA.
